For Damn Sure

I'm tired of being told who I am and who I ought to be.

Somebody tell me what's true. Tell me what's real. Stop being afraid to hurt me and just.. be. Just throw your whole self into my whole self.


I'm not so delicate. I've survived more than you can even think of knowing. Trust me with a little truth. Trust me or don't.


Just don't lie and say you do. And for damn sure don't lie and say you can be trusted...
